This french YouTuber decided to fill his bath with silicon balls that expand in water. He was doing this for his latest video but things got a little out of hands when the jelly balls started filling the pipes. To make the matters worse, the YouTuber flushed the toilet and soon the bathroom was flooded with the jelly balls. Cyril claims that these silicon balls blocked his entire neighborhood's sewage system. He told his fans that he received a letter from the town hall saying police were searching for the perpetrator. But the Mayor rejected his statement revealing that there is no drainage system linking all of the houses in the neighborhood. He suggested that parts of the video were staged.
French YouTuber Cyril Schreiner couldn't control things when his bathroom stunt went wrong.
In order to record his next video, he decided to fill his bath with orbeez - silicone balls that expand in water - ignoring the fact that it can actually mess up with the sewage system. After a while, the jelly balls filled the pipes and started coming back up through the toilet and sink. At this moment, Cyril realized that he messed up.
One of his fans @yuqheis created a twitter thread that covered the entire incident. The thread has since received more than 800,000 likes and 230,000 retweets.
It was captioned: "This french guy filled his tub with orbeez then had no idea how to get rid of them so he just pulled the plug which resulted in orbeez overflowing both in his toilet and sink."
Cyril's biggest mistake was that he flushed the toilet causing it to overflow.
Soon his entire washroom was flooded with silicon balls panicking the YouTuber who then decided to vacuum the mess up. Of course, the vacuum cleaner started to smoke and stopped working. Cyril claimed his entire neighborhood's sewage system was blocked, saying he received a letter from the town hall saying police were searching for the perpetrator. But his statement was later shut down by the mayor, who revealed there is no drainage system linking all of the houses in the neighborhood, suggesting parts of the video were staged.
One commented: "Man that would wreck the sewage system and cost tens of thousands of dollars".
And another agreed: "But why? Why would you fill the tub with them? I personally would have scooped them out with a bucket into trash bags, assuming I had a tub of them for some reason."
A third said: "Anyone with common sense would know you don’t flush this. He did the whole thing on purpose."
