Curiosity Didn't Kill The Cat But It Wedged This Woman's Head Into A Gate!

Her head ended up getting wedged into the gate, and she had to wait for nearly five hours before emergency services arrived and freed her.

Minding one's business can be tougher than you think. Humans are naturally curious creatures, but we've often been warned about the limits of curiosity. We've heard that saying "curiosity killed the cat", and we often learn the same when we face the consequences of our curiosity going overboard.

This is why there’s a fine line between being curious, versus being nosey. One woman learned it the hard way that it is best to keep one's nose out of someone else's business, or in this case, a gate.

A lady from Columbia tried to snoop on her neighbors and ended up getting stuck in a rather awkward situation. She wanted to check to see if her neighbors were in, but managed to get her head stuck in the neighbor’s side gate.

What made the matter worse was the fact that she was stuck in that position for nearly FIVE hours! Talk about karma making its rounds.

The unknown woman, who is from La Virginia in west Colombia, stuck her head through the rails of the gate to pry on her neighbor. But her head ended up getting wedged into the gate, and she had to wait for nearly five hours before emergency services arrived and freed her.

A picture of the woman being helped by a police officer and a firefighter managed to circulate online, and the onlookers weren’t the only ones who were amused at the woman’s fate.

Social media exploded with quips about how the nosy woman got her giant ears stuck in the gate, while others thought that she deserved her punishment and even called it ‘fitting’. Hopefully, she learned her lesson!
