Shine Tamayo described her lavish wedding in Pasig City, Philippines as one of the "worst memories of her life," The wedding planner responsible is currently in custody.
Weddings and festivities are fundamentally the same, in light of the fact that you need yours to go smoothly, however, you furtively appreciate catching wind of the ones that turn out rather badly! Along the same lines, catering is one of the primary aspects that can either make or break the special day.
Extravagant paying for all-inclusive luxury and all they do is present you with the same stale wet plate of mixed greens three times a day! In any case, that is nothing in contrast to the difficulty faced by a bride in the Philippines, who cut into her wedding cake just to discover it was produced using foam. As reported by Mirror.
Shine Tamayo and her accomplice Jhon Chen paid a wedding organizer 140,000 pesos (£2,100) to supply all the food and decorations for their wedding in Pasig City. The service at the congregation went well, with the day looking set to be the fantasy occasion they had always wanted.
In any case, after touching base at the hotel for their gathering, they found out that the catering organization had not provided food for their visitors. Determined not to give the giant difficulty a chance to crash their day, they ordered truckloads of noodles from an adjacent eatery and carried them in plates to the gathering.
As visitors tasted some blackcurrant juice, everyone's eyes were on Shine and Jhon as they went to cut their wedding cake. Be that as it may, as the cutting edge of the knife sliced through the icing, polystyrene and foam filling was uncovered. Now, the 26-year-old lady broke down in tears before her family and companions.
The caterer was therefore captured on suspicion of fraud and police reviewed the cake, which they affirmed was produced using foam. A representative from Pasig City Police Station said, "The investigation into the wedding fraud is ongoing. The bride was very distressed by her cake and the food."
"We have confirmed that a large amount of money was paid for the service which was not delivered adequately. The provider, Miss Krissa Cananea, has been interviewed and we intend to take the case to a trial," the spokesperson further added in the statement.
Shine says the cook needs to serve time for demolishing her special day. She said, ''The woman we paid to do the food has ruined my wedding."
"She's a liar. She always asked me for money and I always gave her what she needs because I wanted my wedding to be perfect. I will not accept sorry from her, an apology is not good enough, she needs to go to jail because she ruined my wedding. I have never been so humiliated in all my life. This was supposed to be one of my most treasured memories for my entire life. Instead, it is the worst," she concluded.
