A person added googly eyes to Gandhi's statue in San Francisco and it actually looks like a superhero straight out of some Marvel movie, with its red beaming eyes and super cool pose. Look for yourself and decide if it looks creepy or awesome!
The statue of Gandhi located on the waterside of the Ferry Building, in San Francisco, is a tribute to the famous leader of India, Mahatma Gandhi for his work in the field of humanity and politics. However, the art piece sculpted by the artists, Zlatko Pounov and Steven Lowe is a known target for vandalism. The statue's eyeglasses have been stolen several times and it has been damaged often by some groups on particular occasions.
It is not rare for San Francisco to observe a Gandhi without glasses but recently, somebody did something weird with the sculpture's eyes and it has caused quite a buzz. Gandhi did not lose anything this time. Rather, the bronze sculpture got an interesting addition to itself that might amuse you as most of the people are actually intimidated by the improvement.
A person has set lasers in Gandhi's eyes that glow bright red as soon as it gets dark. The statue, at night, looks like some superhero character ready to exhibit his powers. The new addition is freaking some people out while others find it pretty cool.
All you need is some tape, battery, led lights and plastic clay to create such cool, laser eyes on your own.
