A Pandora employee has called out a man who came into the store to buy jewellery for his girlfriend and his mistress in a viral TikTok. Eli wanted Jake's girlfriend to know she 'deserves better,' and other commenters have chimed in to say similar. It was a girl boss moment to support her fellas.
Cheating is so normalized these days, we can't even expect to have someone who is wholly loyal. It breaks my heart to hear all these couple breakups are rather married or unmarried just because they couldn't be loyal with their partner. And now when it's so common, girls seem to support each other through several ways like this one.
Eli, who goes by the username @ferreiroroche on TikTok, uploaded a video last week, in which she wrote on the video: “If your boyfriend’s name is Jake and he lives in MTL (Montreal), he just bought two rings for ‘his girl and sidepiece.’” She is a Pandora employee and noted how bad the situation was for some girl so she bravely decided to warn the girl through a video.
Eli, who can be seen wearing a Pandora lanyard around her neck, then showed the two rings, before concluding the video: “You deserve better!” And all the commentators agree with her saying to the relevant girl, that she deserves better.
In the caption of the viral video, which has since been viewed more than 2.3m times, Eli proudly wrote while being in a girl boss moment: “Gotta support my girls.”
In the comments, Eli also confirmed how the customer had openly told her his plan, explaining that he made the distinction after she asked if he wanted one or two receipts.
The video has been met with an outpouring number of supportive comments, with many applauding Eli for calling out the customer, even if she may have put her job in jeopardy. This action might be risky for her job but she decided to stand up against the wrong.
“I really hope you don’t get in trouble for this because he needs to be EXPOSED,” one person commented.
Others revealed that they also experienced customers coming in to buy jewellery for multiple partners when they worked at the jewellery store. And It breaks my heart for them.
While some comments expressed concern over Eli’s job at the jewellery store, she revealed in a follow-up video that she’d quit and had waited until her last shift to “expose this cheater”.
As of now, it is not clear whether TikTok has identified the women in question, however, many people wrote to inform Eli that her viral video had made its way all over the world. But still, the concerned woman needs to be made aware.
