Mother of seven talks about an unusual rule of stopping parenting after 7:30.

Constance Hall, the mother of seven and a parenting blogger says she stops parenting after 7:30 to have some time for herself and she is not available for anything related to children until it's an emergency and enjoys herself with some wine and chatting.

Parenting is no doubt a 24/7 duty and that too even round the year. You don’t get vacations and you can’t even do anything about it as the children are yours and you need to look after them at all costs.

Constance Hall, a parenting blogger who is a mother to seven children is famous for her blog and how she manages her children and makes it look easy too. She became famous in 2016 when she spoke up on postnatal depression and so many women related to what she was saying. After that, she has always shared her routine and ways on how to look after children and along with that yourself too.

She has always stressed not forgetting herself in the process of bearing and bringing up children. This efficient mum-of-seven has shared how she 'stops parenting at 7.30 pm every night and has some needed me time.

Blogger Constance Hall is adored by millions of fans for her down-to-earth account of looking after a big family. Constance, who has around 421k 00followers on Instagram and 1.2 million on Facebook, revealed how she manages to make family life work.

She admits to cutting a few corners for herself and said she checks out of parenting at around 7.30 pm after a long day of parenting, she told The Mirror.
She wrote: "Anything you need that's not an emergency after that is up to you to do. I’m not your mum; I’m not here. I’m not your slave, I’m just a statue of a woman who an hour ago wiped your bum and is now drinking wine chatting on the phone to her sister."

However, it’s not that way as she makes it look as children always need you even when they are asleep. And not all parents agree with her idea of parenting and have commented too.

She also joked that she's "out of service" in the car and typically wears headphones unless a passenger is set to confess or talk about something really juicy.

Constance says moms need some time for themselves too to keep themselves sane and be ready for the duty starting the next day too. So moms better take some time out for self-care and keep themselves updated too so you don’t feel left behind and your life not only becomes just about your kids.
