Rolf Buchholz from Germany stole the limelight of the event by showing off his implanted horns and more than 450 peircings.
The international body art convention took place in Belgium where tattoo artists from all over the world gathered to celebrate the art. The three-day event was held in a former industrial site, now named Tour & Taxis
Among the attendees was a German man Rolf Buchholz who showed off his body that had horns transplanted on the head and more than 400 piercings. The tattoed man looked more of a devil with his demonic eyes and multiple lips piercings.
The event visitors were excited as the world's finest tattoo artists showered the festival with their presence and let many get the chance to have their bodies tattoed by the most talented artists.
Any tattoos completed at the gathering could then be entered into the event's award ceremonies which gave prizes in categories that included Best Graphic, Best Healed and Best of Show.
Along with tattoos, there was a range of other entertainments for the art convention attendees like graffiti battles, wrestling matches, and bike shows.
