Man Reveals His Post-Workout Diet, Which Includes Raw Chicken and Out-of-Date Steak.

A Twitter user @BlazenBrady shared a photo of his post-workout meal plan, which has left us scratching our heads. It includes out-of-date steak and raw chicken, alongside some bacon. However, the meal plan has not gone down too well with many Twitter users, who expressed concern for his safety.

People might go quite a long way for their post-workout diets. Men, usually, are so much concerned about their post-workout gains. But this world doesn't lack people who go too extra (read: weird) for such things. Such is a man who takes a different approach to post-workout nutrition, choosing to refuel with raw meat.

The fitness enthusiast, who goes by the handle @BlazenBrady, has shocked his followers with his bizarre meal plan.

His typical post-workout diet includes a platter of raw foods such as week-old steak, chicken, bacon, and what he describes as raw milk and butter.

However, the meal plan has not gone down too well with many Twitter users, who expressed concern for the man's safety.

Because no one in their right mind believed BlazenBrady actually ate the food he shared on Twitter, he later posted a video of him eating the raw chicken.

In the clip, he explains: "It's not even bad bro, you guys are tripping. I mean you guys are terrified of it just because they told you there are bacteria in it. It's your natural diet like you'll literally naturally want to want to eat it.

"It tastes the same. Like, maybe it's not as good tasting, it's not like amazing tasting, but it doesn't taste f***ing bad. It's literally your normal diet. Here you go."

Having chowed down on some raw chicken, he adds: "Two seconds, there you go. I just eat it every single f***ing day. I'm not going to lie. I washed it down with milk to get used to it when I first started because I didn't like the taste so much – now it's a lot easier.

"I still do the milk because it's easier to wash it all down but it doesn't taste bad at all, bro. I could eat f***ing rotten meat, two-week-old meat, bro. I don't give a f***. It just all tastes the same."

While BlazenBrady clearly enjoys his diet, Twitter users weren't convinced. His practice hasn't exactly gone down that well with his followers, many of whom were concerned for his safety.

Commenting on his posts, one user said: "Make sure you post when you're in the hospital with food poisoning."
"I wouldn't even feed this to my dog. Take care of yourself, dude," another user wrote.

And when some encouraged him to follow a plant-based diet instead, Blazen hit back with some unusual science of his own: "The plant-based agenda wants you to become a weak slave.

"Vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, are not optimal health. All of them contain antinutrients which cause issues.

"Think of it like nature's candy - it's fine in moderation and for certain circumstances, but not your main diet."
