Kindergarten Teacher Quits Her Job After 12 Years Of Hard Work And Posts On Facebook The Reason Behind Her Decision.

Jessica Gentry left her job after 12 years of hard work because she thinks she can't change the kids unless or until the parents are not putting in the effort. She says she can't help 21 kids when she isn't healthy herself and that she is still there for the kids. It just looks different now.

Teaching is not an easy profession and if you are a kindergarten teacher then it becomes more difficult because you have to build so many toddlers' personalities and have to take them out of their shells. But if parents don't put in the right effort then it becomes a little difficult for teachers. Jessica Gentry in her powerful facebook post said that she left her job after 12 years of hard work because she thinks she has to be healthy herself to take care of 21 kids. She wrote that she will start with her 1 at home and will help mommies to be able to show up for their little ones at home. According to her, she may have left the classroom but she is still advocating for the kids. It just looks different now.
