In the era of internet and social media, nothing takes a long time to become viral, does it? Whoever, and whatever people want to make famous, or most talked about, they just have to tweet about it and voila! It's done!
As absurd as this sounds, this is what's been happening recently with the entire 'Florida Man' case, where everyone has gone wild about it, reported USA TODAY.
But who is 'Florida Man'? Does it really involve a man? Or it's nothing but a joke? Well, the idea behind the Florida Man Challenge is a viral social media joke that is played upon the struggle of Florida residents who find themselves in strange, weird and awkward situations that sometimes also involve plight in handcuffs.
Looking at the history of this challenge, the meme started back in 2013, according to website Know Your Meme, that featured a headline as "bizarre domestic incidents involving a male subject residing in the state of Florida."

Since Florida is famous for its bizarre and ambiguous crimes which are often committed by an unstoppable criminal known as 'Florida Man' or #FloridaMan, (if we go with the news headline).

The game was started by a Tumblr user called gandalfsoda. "New fun personality game: search up "Florida man" and your birthday and see what headline you get (year is not necessary)," wrote gandalfsoda.
Not coming as a surprise, the Tumblr post now has more than 40,000 notes and the game was taken up by a Twitter user called Swervin Merv, because of whom soon the social media was raving about this game.
The results are indeed hilarious, and sometimes too serious to burst out laughing. "Mine is Florida Man tries to attack neighbor with tractor," wrote Swervin Merv. Another one is a little depressing:
"Florida man killed in-laws, ordered pizza." People are pretty sure that there are much funnier results they can expect, as there are 365 days in the year, and the Florida Man is sure somewhere busy executing some of his weird crimes.
