Donald Trump Fails Voter Fraud Challenge In Pennsylvania. Court Says Claims ‘Have No Merit’.

In a Pennsylvania case, an appellate court has denied President Donald Trump's voter fraud appeal. As confirmed by the Associated Press, the court claimed that after a 3-0 ruling by the US Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit,' the campaign's arguments have no validity.'

Donald Trump has still refused to accept the results of the 2020 presidential elections. He had posted many times on his social media accounts that the voting was not fair. On the other hand, the appellate court had rejected Trump's appeal of fraud voting in Pennsylvania. Jenna Ellis, a legal adviser to President Trump’s campaign tweeted that now the campaign will be going to Supreme Court to appeal. The case was filed by Rudy Giuliani who is Trump's lawyer. He had failed to provide evidence regarding any fraud in voting in Pennsylvania.

Rudy Giuliani, President Trump's counsel, pleaded the lawsuit last week in a lower court, alleging that the 2020 presidential election was impacted by systematic fraud in Pennsylvania.

However, in what has proved to be yet another loss for President Trump's dreams of overturning the outcome of the election, Giuliani was unable to provide any concrete evidence of these claims in court.

The campaign's case was characterised by US District Judge Matthew Brann as like Frankenstein's Monster, has been haphazardly stitched together,' denying Giuliani the right to amend it a second time. The 3rd Circuit has now confirmed that it was justified in that ruling.

As confirmed by the Associated Press, the court claimed that after a 3-0 ruling by the US Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit,' the campaign's arguments have no validity.'

Judge Stephanos Bibas, who was named by President Trump, today delivered the ruling (November 27), asserting that 'free, equal elections are the lifeblood of our democracy' and adding:

Charges of unfairness are serious. But calling an election unfair does not make it so. Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here.

Jenna Ellis, a legal advisor to President Trump's campaign, tweeted after the decision that the campaign will take its appeal to the Supreme Court now:

The activist judicial machinery in Pennsylvania continues to cover up the allegations of massive fraud.

We are very thankful to have had the opportunity to present proof and the facts to the PA state legislature. On to SCOTUS!

President Trump announced on Monday, November 23, that his administration will begin cooperating with the transition team of President-elect Biden, after being placed under pressure by other Republican politicians.

This tentative decision, though, was not a formal admission, and President Trump has made it clear that he continues to rail against the outcome of the election, tweeting that he's never going to confess to fake votes.'

President Trump said his team had all the facts' on Wednesday, November 25, as stated by CNBC, when speaking at a meeting of the Republican state legislature in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, stating:

All we need is to have some judge listen to it properly, without having a political opinion or having another kind of a problem.

He continued:

This election has to be turned around.

This announcement comes only four days after Pennsylvania officials approved their vote count for President-elect Joe Biden, who beat President Trump in the state by more than 80,000 votes.

The transition team of President Trump is yet to provide any substantial evidence at the time of writing that systematic voter manipulation has had an impact on the outcome of the 2020 election.
