A man, who was a former bully, apologized to his victim 20-years later. Recently Louie was talking to his 10-year-old daughter about bullies when she asked him if he ever bullied anyone. That made Louie embarrassed and he sadly had to say 'yes'. He then realized his mistake and texted his victim Chad to apologize to him. Chad accepted the apology and the two even met after that feeling much better than before.
