This adorable little pup would have died from heat exhaustion if this cop hadn't rescued him from the owner's hot car while she was out eating.
South Euclid police officer was out in his patrol when he noticed a small white dog trying to get out of a car. He walked over to investigate and found that the poor little pup was stuck inside the hot car while the temperature outside had hit 86 degrees. He rescued him at once or else the dog would have died from heat exhaustion. The dog was heavily panting and was given water which he gulped all at once. The cop then waited for the owner who turned out to be a 62-year old woman. Apparently, the woman was out eating at a nearby restaurant. She was charged with Cruelty to Animals for the way she treated her poor dog.
