Awkward Misunderstanding Between a Woman and Her Personal Trainer Regarding Progress Photo.

Gemma Hill has made a lot of people laugh after she shared a text message discussion with her personal trainer in which she sent over progress images and was humiliated by his response. "Hey, sorry Gem, I meant take photos for yourself not to send to me. So you can check out your progress."

Due to an unfortunate misunderstanding, a lady joked that she'll never be able to see her personal trainer again after unintentionally sending him a photo of herself in her underpants. In the video below, she explains everything.

♬ Send Me on My Way - Vibe Street

Gemma Hill, a Heart West Midlands radio presenter, documented her gaffe in a TikTok video that has received over 130,000 views and has left viewers "crying" with amusement.

She writes that her new personal trainer had instructed her to take "before" shots in her underwear, advising her not to breathe in or pose for good angles, but rather to "be honest," so she could compare her development.

So Gemma did as she was told, posed for a photo in her underwear and sending it over - only to be mortified by his response.

The radio presenter replied: "OMG I'm so sorry. What a t**t I thought I was meant to send them to you. How embarrassing. I'm so sorry".

"Lol no I don't ask clients to send me pictures in underwear," he clarified.
"I was eating dinner with my girl she's quizzing me who is this chick..."

Gemma hilariously captioned the video 'How do I go back' with a face of despair, but many viewers moved to reassure her that it's an easy mistake to make.

Her #gymfail video has since racked up thousands of likes, with many people commenting to say it had just been an 'honest mistake'.

One person wrote: "Hahahaha this has made my day."
Another said: "Omg I'm literally dying inside for you lol."
A third added: "Dw I probably would've thought the same! I would have assumed the PT had a before and after board or website or smth!"
A fourth reminisced about a similar near-miss, saying, "My PT told me 2 take pics but said do not send me them so I'm assuming others have before."
