After getting involved in a movement of historical reconstruction, She started sewing her own outfits for various occasions, from medieval festivals to 18th and 19th-century balls. Povoroznyuk has been been wearing vintage outfits since two years daily.

Mila Povoroznyuk is a young woman from Ukraine. She has left behind all the modern fashion trends and started following her own aesthetic trend that makes her look like she's just stepped out of a time machine bringing her from the 19th Century.

Mila looks elegant in all her vintage dresses.

Every day, Mila dresses up head-to-toe in vintage dresses, corsets, and puffed blouses. Her graceful hats, footwear, and intricate accessories, hairstyles, and make-up give her a look like she's living in the 19th Century.

She started sewing her own outfits for various occasions, from medieval festivals to 18th and 19th-century balls. Mila told that the first piece of clothing that she wore of such style was a blue autumn coat. It was designed eight years ago. she then began to compliment her dresses with accessories that would go in harmony with the dress. soon her wardrobe was full of vintage items.

Mila Povoroznyuk finds inspiration for the vintage dresses from old fashion magazines, google, and Pinterest. The 19th century-inspired clothes are not a common sight on streets, so Mila surely stands out in crowds. 

Finding a vintage collection is not an easy task. Mila looks for accessories from like-minded people's collections and flea markets.

She loves Victorian fashion, but her favourite is the Edwardian era fashion from the early 1900s. She loves this time as the suffragette movement which finally helped women gain their rights and privileges started during this era. 

Provoroznyuk loves all the clothes in her collection as she chooses them very carefully.

If we plan to dress in such a vintage outfit, it surely will cost us a huge amount. Mila, on the other hand, crafts her dresses on her own and thus finds them very reasonable. She told that the price totally varies according to the outfit. Some of her outfits cost as low as $10 because she buys fabric from second-hand stores and sews them herself. Whereas she also has very expensive ones too, the ones that are made out of expensive fabric or for which she had to pay huge amounts to the seamstress.

Mila told that people have a wide range of reactions to her dressing. She put people's reactions in these words, "Everyone reacts in accordance with their upbringing and their level of psycho-emotional development. It should be added that a person's reaction to a stimulus (light, noise, a person in unusual clothes) is influenced by temperament, character, mentality."

She told that the reaction of some ranged from laughter to vile comments and assaults. Mila told that despite of the negative comments from some people, Mila likes to dress in vintage clothes as she simply likes and wants it.
